With the development of economy and the progress of The Times, the requirements for building waterproof materials are getting higher and higher, so various forms of waterproof rolling materials emerge at the historic moment.  However, due to the particularity of underground waterproofing such as its geographical location, waterproof materials have special performance requirements.  The water-proof layer of underground engineering rolls is formed by cementing all kinds of rolls on the surface of structure continuously with asphalt glue.

In particular, polymer waterproof rolling material has been widely used in building waterproof industry in recent years because of its performance advantages.  However, there are still many disadvantages of the polymer self-adhesive waterproof roll sold on the market, such as poor anti-leakage effect, serious water leakage, poor anti-destructive force, and easy to puncture or tear phenomenon.  

The damage to the waterproof system requires manpower and material resources to be repaired, which shortens the service life of the waterproof roll and causes a waste of funds and resources.  Especially for mountains and underwater tunnels, because of the long-term existence of water pressure, and the natural environment and other factors seriously affected, so the performance of waterproof materials more stringent requirements.
