Product Details
Every detail of high transparent optical grade sheet must be controlled precisely
from the choice of raw material to the manufacturing accuracy of extrusion process

High transparency optical extruder should be operated in dust-free workshop.
Extruders, metering pumps, calendering machines, tractors and winders all have speed
closed-loop feedback control systems. It is the key to obtain high quality transparent
sheet material to ensure the uniformity of the velocity among the units to the greatest
extent. Each high hardness alloy steel roller is tested for dynamic balance, equipped
with advanced online multi-point thickness gauge and automatic winding system.
