PE separator can not only increase the capacity of the battery (low acid replacement and no saddle at the bottom of the battery tank) but also improve the cold start performance, especially in line with the use of heating conditions to increase the partition for breakdown strength and oxidation resistance
Ability requirements. Unit features: the whole equipment is divided into three independent units. 1. Sheet extrusion system; 2. Sheet oil pumping system; 3. Sheet slitting system.
Basic parameters of unit:
Thickness range: 0.3-1.2mm
Width range: 800-1220mm (more widened according to demand)
Processing raw materials: PE, SiO2, filling oil, etc.
