Product Details
PET sheet extrusion line is widely used in plastic processing because of its high transparency, odourless, high impact resistance, excellent thermoforming ability and recyclability.
Usually the PET sheet unit is used to produce single-layer or three-layer sheet, and one or two extruders are used. The middle layer of the kind of sheets allows for a high proportion of recycled material, and the outer layer consists of a completely new material mixed with an anti-adhesive agent. PETG, a modified PET without crystallization, is commonly used in the outer structure of the sheet. This is known as the G/A/G structure.
Product thickness range: 0.15-2mm
product width range: 500-1800mm (according to requirements can be determined)
