In-depth analysis of PP board welding principle

PP is the English abbreviation of polypropylene board. The melting point of PP board is much higher than that of polyethylene. It is a kind of semi-crystalline material with PP thick plate and PP thin plate.  At present, many commercial PP boards mainly add an appropriate amount of irregular copolymer or higher ratio of clamp copolymers.  This copolymer PP material thermal distortion temperature, low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity and strong resistance, is the main reason for its commercial importance. 

In addition, PP plate at high temperature has the oxidation resistance of PE plate at high temperature does not have the characteristics.  In general, pure PP plate because of its small density, exquisite welding process, its resistance to chemical resistance, impact resistance, non-toxic, tasteless and other characteristics is fully in line with the needs of environmental protection advocated by the current government.  Pure PP board color can be determined according to customer needs, the current popular color white, microcomputer color and other colors.  

PP board as environmental protection equipment, waste water, waste gas discharge equipment, washing tower, clean room, semiconductor factory and related industrial equipment have a wide range of applications.  Hot air welding: also known as hot air welding.  Compressed air or inert gas (usually nitrogen) is heated to the desired temperature by a heater in a welding torch and sprayed onto the surface of the plastic weldment and electrode so that the two are heated and fused together under moderate pressure.  

This method is suitable for PP board, PVC board, PE board, ABS board welding.  Hot plate welding: A method of welding thermoplastic sheets on a heated metal plate by making direct contact between the joints and then pressurizing them.  In order to prevent plastic adhesion to the metal plate, the metal plate is often coated with a layer of ptfe or silicone resin.  This method is simple, reliable, welding firm, almost applicable to all thermoplastics.  Hot plates can be replaced by metal molds or hot rollers.
