The experiment is like this: prepare a flat silicone board, cover it with a waterproof film, and then attach a layer of salt on the surface of the waterproof film.  After immersing the silicone plate in water, the study found that the closer it was to the surface of the waterproof film, the harder the salts were to dissolve.  

Through the analysis of professional and technical personnel, it is concluded that this is because near the surface of waterproof materials with high hydrophobicity, water molecules draw each other strongly, resulting in salt substances not easy to dissolve.  So improve the surface structure of waterproof material, can develop both waterproof and easy to clean off the surface of the dirt material, reduce the difficulty of modern waterproof engineering construction.
