Overview of the characteristics of PMMA acrylic plate equipment

PMMA plexiglass sheet production line can continuously produce PMMA, PS, PP, PE, ABS, PC single and multi-layer PMMA acrylic sheet.  The width of the plate is less than 3000mm, and the thickness is 0.15-50mm. Its products are widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, advertising, construction, environmental protection chemicals, sanitary ware and other fields. 

Extruder: according to different materials, choose exhaust single screw extruder, screw adopts special mixing function and precise temperature control system to ensure high plasticization and high yield of plastic.  Temperature control ±1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness, flat shape.  

Net changing and mold: hydraulic quick net changing device to ensure no leakage of net changing, fast and effective net changing;  Mold according to different materials, choose different structural forms, hanger mold head adopts page number double throttling design, easy to adjust the flow distribution evenly, extrusion sheet thickness adjustment more accurate.  

Sheet thickness control adopts screw adjustment and press wheel bidirectional adjustment to accurately control sheet thickness.  Independently controlled roller temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of roller drum so that the thickness of plate is uniform.  Roller support: equipped with cooling guide roller, so that the cooling effect is better.  In addition, it is equipped with edge cutting device to ensure the quality of the fixed width and edge of the plate.
