Analysis of PC wave tile specifications and scope of use

PC wave board is a kind of high quality, strength and toughness polycarbonate wave board, which is characterized by high impact resistance, clear, light weight, diversity and uv tolerance.  PC wave board to show weather resistance, durability, and fire performance.  Make it an ideal roof plate for building, patio, carport, balcony, canopy, screen, pavilion and swimming pool. 

PC wave board can also be used for industrial and agricultural building roof material.  PC modification can be acid and alkali resistant, need to add UV to resist aging.  PC wave tile storage, transportation, use precautions: prohibit contact with dry cement surface and acid, alkaline material surface.  Do not contact with organic solvents, glue and paint composed of them.  

The frame should be clean and the surface of the embedding groove should be smooth.  PC wave board surface dust, dirt generally first with soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent wipe, and then rinse thoroughly with water.  Select the correct plate thickness and allowable radius of curvature.  To install the set screw, drill a hole 1.5 times the diameter of the screw.  Too tight a screw can cause stress.  

Reserve space and pay attention to embedding depth.  Expansion value = linear expansion coefficient x length x change value (LINEAR expansion coefficient of PC board 7 x 10-5mm/mm/℃) Use neutral glass glue and suitable gasket material, PVC material is not allowed.  Cutting must use power tools (tungsten carbide saw blade);  The plate must be fixed to avoid vibration when loading oneself;  Do not tear the protective film when cutting.
