Install fixed PC wave point overview for easy and fast installation

PC wave tile as the name implies is a wave tile shape OF PC plate, its raw materials and endurance plate, sunshine board is polycarbonate particles;  Also known as PC corner wave board, PC wave tile, PC lighting tile, etc.  PC wave tile is mainly divided into T760 type, T820 type, T840 type, T900 type and T930 type according to different waveforms, among which T840 type is the most commonly used. 

PC wave tile has what advantage?  Light transmission: light transmission rate up to 80-92%, far superior to other materials lighting tile;  Weather resistance: surface co-extruded UV layer, UV resistance, avoid atomization, yellowing, brittle;  Impact resistance: can reach 250 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic, 20 times of toughened glass;  Flame retardant: according to GB8624-97 test is flame retardant B1 class, non-toxic smoke, no gas.  

PC wave tile storage, transportation, use precautions: prohibit contact with dry cement surface and acid, alkaline material surface.  Do not contact with organic solvents, glue and paint composed of them.  The frame should be clean and the surface of the embedding groove should be smooth.  PC wave board surface dust, dirt generally first with soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent wipe, and then rinse thoroughly with water.  

Select the correct plate thickness and allowable radius of curvature.  To install the set screw, drill a hole 1.5 times the diameter of the screw.  Too tight a screw can cause stress.  Reserve space and pay attention to embedding depth.  Expansion value = linear expansion coefficient x length x maximum temperature change value (PC board linear expansion coefficient 7 x 10-5mm/mm/℃) Use neutral glass glue and suitable gasket material, PVC material is not allowed.
