To understand the performance characteristics of PC wave board

In recent years, the sun board has been widely used, we know more and more about the sun board, some customers seem to be unable to distinguish the sun board and the light board, so today we go to understand it.  Generally speaking, the material chosen by the light plate should be FRP, and the material chosen by the sun plate is PC. 

But they have the function of lighting.  They also have different places, such as: sunlight board lighting performance and weather resistance is better;  Light plate has better acid and alkali resistance, not easy to be acid and alkali corrosion;  The production process is different, the sun plate is co-extruded, the production process is slightly more complex.  PC wave board surface dust, dirt generally first with soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent wipe, and then rinse thoroughly with water.  

Select the correct plate thickness and allowable radius of curvature.  To install the set screw, drill a hole 1.5 times the diameter of the screw.  Too tight a screw can cause stress.  Reserve space and pay attention to embedding depth.  Expansion value = linear expansion coefficient * length x large temperature change value (PC board linear expansion coefficient 7x10-5mm/mm/C) Use neutral glass glue and suitable gasket materials, PVC materials can not be used.  

Cutting must use power tools (tungsten carbide saw blade);  The plate must be fixed to avoid vibration when loading oneself;  Do not tear the protective film when cutting.  If line must be marked before cutting, mark in protective film as far as possible.  On, if must mark directly on the board, please use crayon, should avoid using sharp tools marking.
